Please ensure the e-mail you send does not contain an emergent or urgent request for acute medical concerns. The WBPCN providers will normally respond to e-mail communications within 48 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm). If you have not heard from the WBPCN by this time, please phone the WBPCN at 780-788-1765. This message may be read by a health professional that the provider has assigned to preview or respond to by e-mail.

If you have urgent or acute medical concerns after regular business hours, please call Healthlink at 1-866-408-5465 or go to the Emergency Department at the hospital. During business hours, and for urgent or acute medical concerns, please call your doctor’s office for an appointment.
